Terms of Service

Effective date: August 25, 2026

Alpha/Beta notice: Goal Legends is currently in an early testing phase. Features, balance, and content may change at any time without notice, the service may be unstable or temporarily unavailable, and your account, club, and progress may be reset or wiped as part of testing. Do not rely on Goal Legends for anything you cannot afford to lose.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Goal Legends, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Goal Legends is operated by Stable Studios ("we", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Goal Legends. We ask for your date of birth when you register and will not create an account for anyone who doesn't meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate registration information, and let us know at admin@goallegends.com if you believe your account has been compromised. One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, exploits, or automation to interact with the game outside its normal interface; abuse bugs for unfair advantage instead of reporting them; harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff, including in the forum; post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content; impersonate another person or Goal Legends staff; or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.

5. Virtual Currency and Items

In-game currency (such as GL Coins), clubs, players, and other in-game items exist only within Goal Legends, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the game, and remain our property even when associated with your account. We may adjust, rebalance, or remove in-game items or currency at any time.

6. User Content

You keep ownership of content you post (such as forum posts), but by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within Goal Legends. You're responsible for what you post, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate Section 4.

7. Intellectual Property

Goal Legends, including its software, design, graphics, and branding, is owned by Stable Studios and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the service except as the service itself allows (e.g. normal gameplay use).

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or during testing phases for maintenance or balance/data-reset purposes. You may delete your own account at any time from the account menu, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Goal Legends is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Especially during this alpha/beta phase, we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data or progress will be preserved.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stable Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Goal Legends, including loss of in-game progress, items, or currency.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, especially during this testing phase. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continuing to use Goal Legends after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
